La Centratura – Centered Yoga Seminar in Vieste

Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD is pleased to announce a new Centered Yoga seminar led by Patrizia Gregori in Vieste.

Centering is one of the eight vital principles of the practice and represents awareness of the hara. A journey into the microcosm.

Through the discovery of this principle, Patrizia Gregori will present Dona Holleman’s Centered Yoga in a splendid practical seminar.

TIMETABLES: from 10am to 12.30pm and from 2pm to 4pm, with a break from 12.30 to 14.00 with a light snack for lunch.

COST OF THE SEMINAR: 60€ (50€ for members of the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD association).
