CENTERED YOGA – The Meditative Mind is a place unto itself

Great appointment for yoga schools, teachers and practitioners of the splendid Sardinia. Saturday 15th October, at the Centered Yoga Harmony Center of the teacher Gabriella Manconi, our Patrizia Gregori will conduct a seminar entitled “CENTERED YOGA – The Meditative Mind is a place unto itself”.

The seminar, practical and theoretical, will focus on the basics of Centered Yoga and will offer knowledge to all those who practice and teach Yoga.

The appointment is for Saturday 15 October 2022 at “Armonie Sinergiche” in via Masaniello 52/54/56, Cagliari from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 14.30 to 16.30.
