The Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD is an association that aims to export the Centered Yoga method of Dona Holleman to the world. Actually, there are many Centered Yoga teachers in the world who have founded yoga schools and studios and the numbers are increasing.

The association therefore proposes itself as a communicative support for schools and teachers and organizes seminars and teacher training. The teachers and students are automatically CYDHA members and are required to pay a minimum annual fee to allow the association to follow them along the path they have taken.
