Centered Yoga Teacher Training
The International Centered Yoga Association, under Dona Holleman, has activated Training Courses for Centered Yoga Beginner Teachers. The courses are held at Rome by Patrizia Gregori at Centered Yoga Studio Dhyana and at Milan by Francesca Petrilli at Centered Yoga Studio.
The Centered Yoga Beginners course (old system) lasts three years, and is structured in five weekends a week plus five days, at the end of each year, to spend with Dona Holleman at Soiano del Lago for revision ansd supervision. At the end of three years these days will be dedicated to the final exam to deliver the diploma.

External guests, as occasional practitioners not attending the whole course, are also welcome at the weekend.
Those interested in perfecting more advanced asana and committed to daily practice can, only after supplying the Diploma Centered Yoga Beginners, sequentially access further Intermediate and Advanced courses led by Dona Holleman and Patrizia Gregori in Soiano del Lago (Dona), Milan and Rome (Patrizia) .
First year: Standing positions, Complete Vajarasana and Virasana cycle, Leg stretching.
The standing positions prepare students for awareness of the role of the force of gravity in relationship with balance, stability and lightness in performing asana. The Vital yoga practice principles applied to standing positions are: rooting, centering, alignment, lengthening.
Second year: Complete Baddhakonasana and Padmasana cycle, Forward positions and Twists.
The sitting positions and twists prepare students for awareness of applying the following the – most magical – Vital practice principles: meditative mind, body relaxation, breathing.
Third year: Upturned positions and arcs.
The upturned positions and arcs prepare students to try their creative, artistic abilities, making the body plastic, the mind elastic.
