Costanza Pratesi’s story
Meeting Patrizia Gregori at her workshop, after various years of yoga practice, I felt the need to start a new path in my life.
In 2015 I obtained my first diploma as a teacher in the field of flow yoga, alignment oriented, at Baliyoga, recognized by the Yoga Alliance.
Thanks to the meeting with Francesca Petrilli, I decided to continue my studies with her in the wake of Centered Yoga under the International Centred Yoga Association founded by Dona Holleman. In 2016 I obtained the final Diploma in Beginner Level Centered Yoga. In the same year I started the Intermediate Level Centered Yoga Course.
In 2017 I followed a short course for teaching “Yoga over 60” with Massimiliano Cadenazzi at the Shanta Pani School of Tortona, and in 2019 I was an intern in Nada Yoga Music Therapy.
Since 2018 I have enrolled in the National Register of Sports Technicians as a teacher for health and fitness, a category recognized by the National Olympic Committee-CONI.
In 2020 I joined the Board of Directors of the International Centered Yoga Association with the role of Secretary. The Association, founded in 2010 by Dona Holleman, Patrizia Gregori and Francesca Petrilli with the aim of protecting and spreading Dona Holleman’s Centered Yoga method, is the ‘mother’ to which all Centered Yoga schools in Italy and abroad refer.
Teaching at the Centered Yoga Studio in Milan makes me part of continuous study and knowledge to which I deeply feel I belong.
