Centered Yoga Teacher Training

BEGINNERS

The Centered Yoga Dona Holleman ASD association offers a new teacher training conducted by Patrizia Gregori, president of the association and founder of the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman school in Rome.

The teacher training has a special program both in terms of duration and costs. Centerd Yoga teaching follows the tradition of ancient yoga schools: its innovation is in this approach.

The meetings are 3 of 5 days each, every year and for two years. Added to these, 3 days on Lake Garda with Dona Holleman and Patrizia Gregori for the evaluation of the exam for the release of the diploma.
The total cost of the course is 3500 €.
The new training course will be held in Italian and English, to allow foreign students to attend.

Upon completion of the teacher training beginners, it will be possible to access the intermediate teacher training conducted by Patrizia Gregori in Rome, in the Centered Yoga Dona Holleman school (or if already ready with the advanced positions, it will be possible to access the masterclasses of Dona Holleman).

The course can be followed one-off even remotely, on the ZOOM platform.
There is a deposit of € 500 equal to the cost of the first meeting.
