Centered Yoga Studio Dhyana – Rome, Italy
Having been engaged in research into the armony between the body and the mind, after following courses of Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, I began practising yoga in 2006 in Anusara and Iyengar styles. My 2009 meeting with Patrizia Gregori and, thanks to her, with Dona Holleman, proved to be a significant turn along my journey. The practise of Centered Yoga involves a complete consideration of the body and its anatomical and physiological functions and, through intent and visualization, it activates the subtle energy that constitutes its intelligence.
In 2015 I completed the Teacher Training course, atteining the certificate Centered Yoga for Begginners and I am following a course of further trainings.
My current research looks into self awareness and spituality through the practise of meditation in the tradition of Master Tich Nat Han.
A philosophy graduate, philosophy counselor and shiatsu therapist, I practice and teach in Rome at the Centered Yoga Studio Dhyana of Patrizia Gregori,
also I give private lessons by appointment at my home.
