Risa began her ballet studies at the age 3. During her over 30 years of activities as a dancer she won numerous prizes in contests, and performed many stages after having studied in Switzerland.
She began yoga practice in 1996 for improving physical conditions. After ending her carrier as a ballet dancer she went to India where she started deepening her study and practice of yoga.
She completed the RYT-200 teachers training at the “Shambhava school of Yoga” in Hawaii island and continued her trips to Hawaii once a year for 5 years to finish her RYT-500.
Her main practices there were awakening the Kundalini, chanting of mantras, Pujas, Hatha yoga, meditation, and deepening the study of Raja yoga.
She also studied with Keishin Kimura Japanese big teacher of Yoga therapy, and got the spiritual name as a yogini from him during the practice of Raja yoga in Himalaya.
She started practicing under Chuck Miller after she completed the “advanced Ashtanga yoga TTC’’ of his. She also participated Chuck’s intensive courses in different places in the world (Vancouver, Tokyo ,Torino, Mallorca, and Paris).
In 2014 she met Dona Holleman and joined the Beginners course in English at International Centered Yoga Association.
Now she not only runs 3 studios but also teaches regular classes, and directs teacher’s training courses around Osaka city.
( 2012) Director of the advanced teachers training in “Yoga viola tricolor”.
( 2015) Opened the “YOGA SHALA SAMADHI” and established a company.
( 2016) Opened the “Studio Nature Tosabori”
( 2017) Opened the ”Studio Nature Nishinomiya”
