Keen on ski touring and outdoor endurance disciplines I came to Yoga testing a mental training founded on attention and breath observation.
This path brought me to unknown territories, which I decided to explore with Yoga.
In 2010 I met Gian Renato Marchisio, and thanks to him I finally found what I was looking for. He initiated me into Centered Yoga and into a practice focused not just on asanas, but full of stimulating experiences that became the tools for a never ending research.
Under his continuous guidance I started teaching in 2012.
In 2012 I began a three-year teacher training with Dona Holleman, to discover the origin of the Eight Vital Principles. During this journey not only my practice, but even my approach to Yoga has changed and matured. Horizons has broadened thanks to the numerous and notables experiences Dona Holleman brought into her method.
In 2015 I achieved the Centered Yoga Beginners diploma.
I held individual and group classes in Turin.
